All Students Act Now positions are classified as voluntary and unpaid. All positions qualify for volunteer service hours. All positions are expected to dedicate a minimum of five hours to the organization weekly.
The Auxiliary is the organization's secretary and shall attend all Executive Committee and other organization meetings to maintain minutes. The Auxiliary shall maintain the organization's calendar, manage internal communications, manage internal files ad other information, and any other tasks as directed by the Executive Director.
Policy Coordinator: Shall be the chair of their respective area of policy. Shall be responsible for creating SAN's policy by writing a policy outline to be reviewed bi-annually. Shall decide SAN's stance on important events in respect to their area of policy. Shall lead at least one initiative every six months. Shall provide content materials to produce social media posts weekly. Shall attend the weekly Commissioned Board meeting, the weekly Policy Committee Team, and the scheduled General Body meeting.
Graphic Design Coordinator: Shall be the chair of all Instagram related content production and shall create the designs of flyers or other marketing materials for the organization. Shall lead a team of graphic design associates and volunteers to post at least one Instagram post a week. Shall attend the weekly Commissioned Board meeting and the scheduled General Body meeting.
Recruitment Coordinator: Shall lead and manage all recruitment initiatives to grow the Students Act Now coalition and SAN's team of volunteers. Shall be expected to host at least one recruitment-focused event a month. Shall attend the weekly Commissioned Board meeting and the scheduled General Body meeting.
Communications Coordinator: Shall be responsible for all external communications of the organization. Shall ensure the promotion of SAN events, initiatives, and policy updates through email blast, LinkedIn, and through other methods necessary. Shall consult on and adjust the messaging of social media posts, policy releases, and any other communiques. Shall attend the weekly Commissioned Board meeting and the scheduled General Body meeting.
Outreach Coordinator: Shall be responsible for all of the community engagement, community service, and general outreach initiatives for the organization. Shall be expected to host at least one outreach-focused event per month. Shall attend the weekly Commissioned Board meeting and the scheduled General Body meeting.
